## Description

**TrackKaro is a serviceware plugin.** It connects your WooCommerce store to the**
TrackKaro platform** (https://trackkaro.pk), an external paid SaaS service operated
by DANGO Solutions. All courier API connections, status polling, and tracking data
processing happen on the TrackKaro servers — not locally on your WordPress installation.
A TrackKaro account is required; new accounts include a free trial.

Pakistani e-commerce stores lose hours every week manually checking courier websites
and copy-pasting tracking numbers into order notes. TrackKaro fixes that.

Connect your WooCommerce store once, and TrackKaro automatically polls your courier
APIs in the background, updates every order’s status, notifies your customers, and
marks orders complete the moment a delivery is confirmed — all without you lifting
a finger.

**Supported Couriers:**

 * ✅ PostEx
 * ✅ TCS
 * ✅ Leopards Courier
 * ✅ CallCourier
 * ✅ Sonic / Trax
 * ✅ DEX (Daraz Express) — tracking only
 * ✅ Daewoo FastEx
 * ✅ M&P Courier

> **A free TrackKaro account is required.** Sign up at [trackkaro.pk](https://trackkaro.pk)
> to start your free trial.

**Why TrackKaro?**

Pakistan’s courier APIs are fragmented, inconsistent, and go down without warning.
TrackKaro’s server layer normalises statuses across all couriers into one clean
format, handles retries, and keeps your store’s data accurate even when a courier
API is having a bad day. You get dedicated tracking infrastructure without building
or maintaining any of it yourself.

**Key Features:**

#### Automatic Status Sync

TrackKaro polls your couriers in the background via WP-Cron. Statuses update from“
In Transit” to “Out for Delivery” to “Delivered” automatically — no manual refreshes.

#### Branded Customer Tracking Page

Every order gets a tracking page on your own domain. Customers click the link in
their order email and see the full delivery timeline — your store name, your colours,
your brand.

#### Real-Time Leopards Push Updates

Leopards Courier can push status updates to TrackKaro the moment they happen (no
polling lag). Your orders update within seconds of a courier scan.

#### Courier Order Creation

Create shipment bookings with PostEx and Leopards directly from the WooCommerce
order screen — COD, prepaid, and zero-value orders all supported. No need to log
into courier portals.

#### Bulk Tracking Import

Got a spreadsheet of tracking numbers? Import them all at once via CSV. TrackKaro
creates jobs for each one and starts syncing immediately.

#### Auto-Complete Orders on Delivery

When a parcel is delivered, TrackKaro can automatically mark the WooCommerce order
as Completed.

#### Order List Tracking Column

See every order’s live courier status right in the WooCommerce Orders list.

#### Dashboard Widget

A quick-glance widget on your WordPress dashboard shows active shipments, deliveries
this month, and your delivery rate.

#### Customer Status Email Notifications

Optionally send automated email updates to customers when their parcel moves to
key milestones (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered). Works via TrackKaro’s
mail server or your own SMTP.

#### HPOS Compatible

Fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables).
Tested with WooCommerce 5.0 through 9.x.

**How It Works:**

 1. Install the plugin and activate it on your WooCommerce store.
 2. Sign up for a free TrackKaro account at [trackkaro.pk](https://trackkaro.pk) (takes
    2 minutes).
 3. Copy your API token from the TrackKaro dashboard and paste it into WooCommerce
    TrackKaro Settings.
 4. Done. Add a tracking number to any order and TrackKaro takes it from there.

Your free trial includes a set number of tracking jobs so you can test with real
orders before subscribing.

**Pricing:**

TrackKaro uses a prepaid credit model billed in PKR. Buy a plan that fits your monthly
order volume. No hidden fees. No long-term contracts. See current plans at [trackkaro.pk](https://trackkaro.pk).

### External Services

**This plugin is SERVICEWARE.** It has no standalone tracking functionality — it
is a connector to the TrackKaro external platform. All courier tracking, status
polling, API calls to courier companies, and shipment management are processed exclusively
on TrackKaro’s servers. None of this processing can be replicated locally by the
plugin code itself.

**A paid account with TrackKaro is required.** New accounts receive a free trial,
but continued use requires a prepaid PKR credit plan purchased at https://trackkaro.
pk. The API key that connects this plugin to the service is obtained only after
signing up.

This plugin connects to the **TrackKaro** platform (operated by DANGO Solutions,
https://solutions.dango.pk) to provide all courier tracking and order management
functionality. This connection is mandatory — the plugin cannot function without
it, as all courier API communication and data processing occurs on the TrackKaro
servers, not locally on your WordPress site.

**Service details:**

 * Service name: TrackKaro
 * Service URL: https://trackkaro.pk
 * API endpoint: https://trackkaro.pk/api/v1/
 * Operated by: DANGO Solutions (https://solutions.dango.pk)
 * Privacy Policy: https://trackkaro.pk/page/privacy-policy
 * Terms of Service: https://trackkaro.pk/page/terms-of-service

**What data is sent and when:**

 1. **On every tracking sync (every ~5 minutes for active orders):** The plugin sends
your WooCommerce order’s tracking number, courier name, and an internal order reference
to the TrackKaro server. The server queries the courier’s API and returns the current
    status, location, and event history.
 2. **On plugin activation and settings save:** Your store’s domain and the API token
you entered are sent to TrackKaro to verify the connection. No customer data is
    included.
 3. **On courier order creation (PostEx / Leopards):** When you create a shipment booking
from the WooCommerce order screen, the customer’s name, phone number, delivery
address, order amount, and parcel details are sent to TrackKaro, which forwards
them to the courier’s booking API to create the shipment. This transmission only
occurs when you explicitly click the “Generate Courier Order” button.
 4. **On customer email notifications (if enabled):** The customer’s email address (
stored on the order) may be sent to TrackKaro’s mail server to deliver tracking
update emails. This feature is off by default and must be explicitly enabled by
    the shop owner.

**What is NOT sent:** Payment details, billing addresses, card numbers, or any information
beyond what is listed above. TrackKaro acts solely as a tracking and logistics coordination
service.

**No tracking functionality can be performed locally** — this plugin is specifically
designed to work with the TrackKaro external service. If you do not agree to the
TrackKaro Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, this plugin is not suitable for your
store.

## FAQ

### Does this plugin work without a TrackKaro account?

No. TrackKaro is a SaaS platform — the plugin is the bridge between your WooCommerce
store and the TrackKaro server, which handles all courier API connections, status
normalisation, and background polling. You need a TrackKaro account to use it. New
accounts include a free trial so you can evaluate the platform with real shipments
before paying anything.

### Is a subscription required?

You start with a free trial. Once your trial quota is used, you purchase a prepaid
PKR plan. Plans are available at [trackkaro.pk](https://trackkaro.pk). There is
no monthly subscription lock-in — you buy credit when you need it.

### Which couriers are supported?

PostEx, TCS, Leopards Courier, CallCourier, Sonic/Trax, DEX (Daraz Express, tracking
only), and Daewoo FastEx. More couriers are added based on demand — contact support
if yours is missing.

### Do I need to add my own courier API credentials?

Not necessarily. TrackKaro maintains central API credentials for most couriers,
which your store can use out of the box. If you have your own API keys (e.g. a dedicated
PostEx or Leopards account), you can add them in your TrackKaro dashboard for direct
access.

### Will this slow down my store?

No. The plugin loads only on admin pages and offloads all tracking work to WP-Cron
background jobs. There is zero impact on your storefront or checkout speed.

### What is the branded tracking page?

When a customer clicks the tracking link in their order email, they land on a page
on your own domain (e.g. `yourstore.com/track-your-order/`) that shows the full
delivery timeline in your store’s branding. TrackKaro automatically creates this
page on plugin activation.

### Can I create courier bookings through the plugin?

Yes — for PostEx and Leopards Courier. Open the WooCommerce order, fill in the parcel
details, and submit the booking directly from the order screen. The booking reference
is saved to the order automatically.

### Is it compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?

Yes. TrackKaro is fully compatible with WooCommerce’s High-Performance Order Storage(
custom order tables) and has been tested with WooCommerce 5.0 through 9.x.

### My tracking status isn’t updating — what do I check?

 1. Confirm WP-Cron is running (check **Tools Scheduled Actions** or use a cron monitoring
    plugin).
 2. Check your quota in **WooCommerce TrackKaro Settings** — if you’ve used your plan’s
    allowance, new syncs are paused.
 3. Visit your TrackKaro dashboard for detailed tracking logs and diagnostic tools.

### Where can I get support?

Open a ticket at [trackkaro.pk/panel/tickets](https://trackkaro.pk/panel/tickets)
or email support@dango.pk .

## Changelog

#### 1.0.104

 * Fixed: Added missing `get_store_phone()` helper method in `Dango_TrackKar_Helpers`
to resolve the fatal error and “Network error” during single and bulk order creation.

#### 1.0.103

 * Reverted: Made TCS Pickup Location (cost center) strictly required again to prevent
merchants from accidentally skipping the location selection.

#### 1.0.102

 * Internal hotfix for TCS pickup locations.

#### 1.0.101

 * Fixed: Added shipper defaults for TCS in bulk order create to match single order
   creation.

#### 1.0.100

 * Added: Expected Delivery Date display on the frontend customer tracking page
and synced with order tracking details.

#### 1.0.99

 * Fixed: Added missing shipper information fields (Shipper Name, Address, Phone,
Origin City) to the TCS payload to prevent TCS rejecting orders.

#### 1.0.98

 * Fixed: The order screen had no TCS fields at all, so booking your first TCS order
from an order could not be done — the pickup location could only be chosen in
Bulk Create. TCS now has its own City and Pickup Location dropdowns there, both
read from your TCS account, with the location you used last pre-selected.

#### 1.0.97

 * Fixed: M&P parcels were booked at a heavier weight than you entered — 0.5 kg
was sent as 1 kg, moving every small parcel into the next charging band. M&P
accepts decimal weights; TrackKaro now sends exactly what you type.
 * Added: The weight box on Bulk Create follows each courier’s own unit, so you
never confirm a weight the courier will change behind you.
 * Fixed: M&P airway bills print three labels to a sheet instead of one, and no
longer print three copies of the same parcel by default.

#### 1.0.96

 * Changed: Amounts to collect are whole rupees now — no more “.00” on every row.
 * Fixed: After booking a batch with a courier that issues no load sheet or airway
bill (M&P, TCS, InstaWorld), the window said “generate the paperwork below” above
an empty space. It now says what actually happened.
 * Changed: The batch table fits without scrolling sideways on a normal screen,
and the Result column no longer gets squeezed off the edge.
 * Fixed: M&P pickup locations were always an empty dropdown, on both the order
screen and Bulk Create. The cause was on the TrackKaro side and is fixed there—
no settings change needed; your locations now appear, and the one you used last
   is pre-selected.
 * Changed: If your TrackKaro plan runs out mid-batch, Bulk Create now stops and
says so once, leaving the remaining orders untouched, instead of failing every
   row with the same message.
 * Fixed: Downloading Airway Bills for a bulk batch stopped at 10 orders and refused
the rest. There is no 10-order limit any more — ask for the whole batch and you
get every label (as one PDF, or a zip when the courier cannot fit them all on
   one document).
 * Added: Bulk Create can now pass the customer’s own checkout note (“call before
delivery”) to the courier as Special Instructions, per order. Off by default,
remembered once you set it, and it tells you how many orders in the batch actually
   have a note.

#### 1.0.95

 * Fixed: An order you typed in yourself from WooCommerce Orders has no payment
method, so Bulk Create read it as already paid and booked it with nothing to
collect — you delivered the goods and the rider brought back no money. Bulk Create
now asks whether the order has actually been paid, not which gateway it used.
 * Added: Every row in Bulk Create now shows the order total (paid orders included)
and the amount to collect at the door in a field you can edit before booking.
Change it for a partial advance, a discount agreed on the phone, or anything
the order total does not reflect; the change is written to the order notes.
 * Added: A row set to collect nothing while money is still owed is highlighted
in amber, so it can never happen by accident.
 * Changed: The Bulk Create window is wider with a header that stays put while you
scroll, so the city and the amount are readable at the same time.
 * Added: Bulk Create Courier Orders now offers the Load Sheet (and Airway Bills,
up to the courier limit of 10 parcels) right in the window as soon as the batch
is booked — no need to close it and find the orders again.
 * Changed: Closing the bulk window no longer re-ticks the orders you just booked.
It could only do that reliably on the full orders list, so anyone working inside
a saved filter got a partial selection back.

#### 1.0.94

 * Added: TCS is now available for booking courier orders — on the order screen
and in Bulk Create — not just for tracking. Pick your TCS pickup location once
at the top of the bulk window and it is remembered for next time.

#### 1.0.93

 * Fixed: Twelve labels on the Bulk Create screen — including the “Weight (kg)”
column heading and the shipping-details panel — could not be translated, because
they were never registered for translation. They always showed in English regardless
   of site language.

#### 1.0.92

 * Added: Bulk Create Courier Orders now fills in the courier city for you wherever
it can match it — including common misspellings (“Faislabad”), abbreviations (“
LHR”, “Khi”), and cities spelled correctly further along the delivery address.
A line at the top tells you how many were filled in.
 * Added: Any city we filled in from anything less than an exact name match is highlighted
in amber with the reason underneath, so you only check the rows that need you.
The highlight clears as soon as you pick a city yourself.
 * Fixed: The Payment column showed “₨5,202” instead of “₨5,202” — the currency
symbol was being printed as raw HTML code.
 * Fixed: The Payment column split the amount across three stacked lines. The amount
and what happens to it now read as one line, and paid orders show which payment
   method was used.

#### 1.0.91

 * Fixed: Test Connection reported an invalid API key after you saved your settings,
even though the key was correct and everything else kept working. The API Token
box was a password field, so browsers autofilled it with your saved WordPress
login password on every page reload — Test Connection then tested that instead
of your token. The box is now a normal text field and refuses autofill.
 * Fixed: Test Connection now checks the token looks like a TrackKaro token before
contacting the server, and tells you if it does not, instead of returning a bare“
   invalid key”.
 * Fixed: Clicking Test Connection with an empty API Token box no longer ignores
the token already saved in your settings.

#### 1.0.90

 * Added: Bulk Create Courier Orders now asks for your shipping details once, at
the top of the window — pickup address, origin city and so on for the courier
you picked. It remembers them for next time and collapses to a single line, so
the orders list keeps the space. Previously bulk could only reuse whatever a
single order screen had saved, so a courier you had never booked from an order
screen failed on every row with no way to fix it from there.
 * Added: Weight is now editable per order in the bulk window, starting from the
product weights on the order. Bulk used to send a fixed weight for every parcel
regardless of what was in the box.
 * Added: “Close & Reload” after a bulk booking closes the window, refreshes the
orders list, and keeps the orders you just booked ticked — so you can go straight
to Load Sheet or Airway Bill without finding and re-selecting them all.
 * Fixed: Bulk booking with Trax (Sonic) or Leopards failed with “City is required”
even though the city was clearly selected in the row.
 * Fixed: Couriers you have not added API keys for are now shown greyed out with
the reason, instead of silently disappearing from the bulk window or being fully
selectable on the order screen. You could previously fill in an entire order
for a courier you had no key for and only be told at the end.
 * Removed: The “Special Instructions” box in the bulk window. One line applied
to every order in a batch is not per-order information, and Leopards orders get
   a sensible default automatically.
 * Removed: The “Default Courier for Bulk Orders” setting. The bulk window already
remembers the courier you used last time, so there was nothing to configure.
 * Removed: The “Leopards Courier — Default Shipper Details” settings section. The
order screen already remembers your origin city, shipper and details from the
last order you booked, and your shipper address comes from your WooCommerce store
address. Nothing to fill in twice.
 * Changed: The bulk window is wider and the orders table scrolls on its own, so
the buttons never get pushed off screen.

#### 1.0.89

 * Changed: the first-run “show trust badge” prompt no longer relies on WordPress’s
bundled jQuery UI. It is now a small self-contained box, so a future WordPress
   release cannot break it.
 * Added: your store now tells TrackKaro which platform it is, so shipments from
WooCommerce, OpenCart and other stores are told apart in your TrackKaro reports.

#### 1.0.88

 * Added: Bulk Create Courier Orders now shows each order’s payment type, amount,
phone number and status, and lets you untick individual orders before booking.
One click deselects every already-paid order.
 * Fixed: an order that was already paid online was being booked with its full amount
as cash-on-delivery, so the courier would have collected the money a second time.
Paid orders now book with nothing to collect, on both the bulk screen and the
   single-order box (still editable there).
 * Removed: CallCourier. The company has closed, so it no longer appears anywhere
   in the plugin.
 * Added: Nexus Global Logistics is now a supported courier. Pick it on an order,
or let TrackKaro track it automatically — tracking needs no API key, because
Nexus does not issue any. Their tracking link works as a one-click link for your
   customers.
 * Fixed: courier bookings from stores whose shipping address is set to “Default
to customer billing address” (or that force billing, or sell virtual goods) were
sent with a blank delivery address. Address, city, phone and name are now taken
from whichever of the shipping or billing details is actually filled in, field
by field, and a booking with no address at all is refused instead of shipped
   nowhere.
 * Fixed: in Bulk Create Courier Orders, the Create button stayed disabled after
a run, so rows that failed could not be retried without reloading and re-selecting
every order. It now comes back as “Retry remaining rows” and skips the orders
   that already booked.
 * Fixed: a row whose city could not be matched to the courier’s own city list reported“
City is required” while the dropdown plainly showed a city. Rows missing a city
are now flagged before anything is sent, and a city that cannot be matched is
   named in the error.
 * Fixed: saving settings only cleared PostEx’s cached city list. All couriers’
city lists are now refreshed, so a bad or outdated list no longer survives for
   up to 30 days.

#### 1.0.87

 * Tested up to WordPress 7.1.

#### 1.0.86

 * Added: if you switch on “Auto Shipping Charges at Checkout” here but haven’t
finished setting it up on TrackKaro, the plugin now tells you so on your settings
and WooCommerce screens, with a direct link to the right page. Previously the
feature simply stayed silent and checkout kept showing your flat rate with no
   explanation.

#### 1.0.85

 * Added: InstaWorld support. You can now book InstaWorld shipments from an order
screen or in bulk, cancel a booking before it is collected, and follow every
   scan on your tracking page. Pick the destination city from InstaWorld’s own list;
there is no pickup address to choose, because InstaWorld collects from the address
   registered on your InstaWorld account.

#### 1.0.84

 * Fixed: automatic status syncing could silently stop on some stores, with “Cron
reschedule event error … Event schedule does not exist” appearing in the server
error log. The plugin’s custom sync intervals are now registered on every request,
and any store whose sync had already been unscheduled by this bug repairs itself
   on the next page load.
 * Changed: when the delivery-charge estimate is switched off for your account,
the plugin now remembers that for 6 hours instead of 15 minutes. It still refreshes
immediately when you save settings or turn the estimate on, and this removes
a steady stream of needless requests to the TrackKaro server.

#### 1.0.83

 * Added: a clear notice on the WooCommerce and TrackKaro screens when automatic
tracking has been paused for a courier because your TrackKaro account has no
API credentials for it. It names the courier, tells you how many orders are affected,
confirms nothing is lost, and links straight to the page where you add your keys.
Previously those orders just stopped updating with no explanation.

#### 1.0.82

 * Fixed: pressing “Save Settings” now always refreshes courier, quota and checkout
data from the TrackKaro server. Previously nothing was refreshed unless you actually
changed a value, so a courier you had just enabled in your TrackKaro panel could
take up to 24 hours to appear in the booking screens.

#### 1.0.81

 * Added: a single “Mark as Dispatched” tick in the Bulk Create Courier Orders popup
that applies to the whole batch, matching the checkbox on the single-order booking
form. Your choice is remembered and shared between both screens.
 * Fixed: the “Default Courier for Bulk Orders” option the popup points you to was
missing from the settings screen — it is now shown under Features.
 * Fixed: bulk “Download Airway Bills” / “Download Load Sheet” tried to open a new
tab, which most browsers block. The document now downloads as a file straight
to your computer without leaving the Orders list.

#### 1.0.80

 * Improved: the Bulk Create Courier Orders popup now shows each customer’s delivery
address exactly as they entered it, including their city, so you can spot and
correct a wrong city before booking.

#### 1.0.79

 * Improved: courier names and courier tracking links now come from your TrackKaro
account instead of being fixed in the plugin, so new couriers and corrected tracking
links appear automatically without waiting for a plugin update.
 * Fixed: DEX and Trax orders could show no “Track on courier site” link in some
   places.

#### 1.0.78

 * Added: M&P (Muller & Phipps) courier support — track M&P shipments, book M&P
orders from the order screen (destination city, pickup location, Overnight/Second
Day service, insurance and fragile options), and include M&P in Bulk Create Courier
   Orders.

#### 1.0.77

 * Fixed: The bulk “Download Airway Bills” / “Download Load Sheet” actions now open
the document in a new tab instead of navigating your orders list away from WooCommerce.
If your browser blocks the popup, a link is shown so you can open it yourself.
 * Changed: “Apply Shipping Charges To” now covers all of your enabled payment methods
when you haven’t picked any, so a new install works with just the checkout estimate
toggle turned on, and payment methods you add later are included automatically.
 * Changed: Clarified that automatic shipping charges at checkout work with Leopards
and Trax (Sonic), not Leopards alone.

#### 1.0.76

 * Added: Bulk Create Courier Orders now supports Trax (Sonic) alongside PostEx
and Leopards, reusing your account’s last-used Sonic pickup address the same
   way PostEx/Leopards defaults already work.
 * Added: “Courier City” (Checkout City Selector) and the shipping-charge estimate
now also work on WooCommerce Blocks checkout, not just the classic checkout form.

#### 1.0.75

 * Added: New order-list bulk action “TrackKaro: Bulk Create Courier Orders” — select
multiple orders that don’t have a tracking number yet, pick a courier (PostEx
or Leopards), review/edit the delivery city per order in a popup, and book them
all at once. Uses your account’s saved pickup address / shipper defaults, so
nothing extra to set up first.

#### 1.0.74

 * Added: New order-list bulk actions “TrackKaro: Download Airway Bills” and “TrackKaro:
Download Load Sheet” — select multiple orders booked with the same courier and
download one combined PDF. Selecting orders from more than one courier is rejected
with a clear message instead of guessing.

#### 1.0.73

 * Added: New “Checkout City Selector” option — adds an optional “Courier City”
dropdown at checkout so customers pick their city from the courier’s own list,
giving you clean, courier-recognised cities on every order. Enable it in Settings
and per-courier in your TrackKaro panel under “City Selector”. Off by default.
 * Fixed: “Email the store owner once when an order first fails delivery” now defaults
to on for new installs, matching the plugin’s other delivery-status notification
   defaults.

#### 1.0.72

 * Improved: The pickup address is now remembered between orders, the same way the
pickup city already was. If you change the pickup city it clears itself, so an
address from the wrong city can never be used by mistake.

#### 1.0.71

 * Added: DEX (Daraz Express) now appears in the courier list on the order screen,
so you can add a DEX tracking number and have it tracked automatically. (Tracking
only – DEX orders cannot be booked from WooCommerce yet.)

#### 1.0.70

 * Added: DEX (Daraz Express) tracking numbers now link to the DEX tracking page
from the order screen and customer emails.

#### 1.0.69

 * Improved: The address check is no longer a second button competing with “Generate
Courier Order” — the check still runs automatically when you generate the order,
and a small “Check this address first” link is there for when you want the courier’s
   verdict without booking.

#### 1.0.68

 * Added: Address check before booking — for couriers that support it (currently
Trax/Sonic), the courier is asked about the delivery address first. If it has
anything to flag (out of service area, a poor delivery history for that customer,
and so on) you see a plain-English note and decide whether to book anyway.
 * Added: Courier notes stay visible against the order — even if you check the address
and choose not to book, the courier’s note is kept on the order so you and your
   team can see it later.
 * Added: Any note the courier returns while booking is shown right after the order
   is created.

#### 1.0.67

 * Fixed: “Download Airway Bill” and “Download Load Sheet” no longer get blocked
by the browser’s popup blocker — the document now opens reliably in a new tab(
previously affected Trax/Sonic in particular). If a browser still blocks it,
a clickable link is shown so you can open it manually.
 * Improved: If a courier cannot provide a load sheet or airway bill yet (for example,
before the shipment is picked up), you now see a clear, readable reason instead
   of a raw error.

#### 1.0.66

 * Added: The “COD Order Created” box now shows the courier name alongside the tracking
   number.
 * Fixed: Trax (Sonic) orders now show the “Download Airway Bill” and “Download
Load Sheet” buttons, same as PostEx and Leopards.
 * Fixed: Billing & Account panel now labels a free trial and a free plan correctly,
shows the real number of shipments tracked, and shows the trial’s remaining credits
and days left instead of “unlimited”.
 * Changed: “Trax (Sonic)” is now labelled consistently everywhere (was “Sonic/Trax”).
 * Changed: “Alert on First Failed Delivery” is now enabled by default for new installs
so you never miss a failed delivery.
 * Tested up to WordPress 7.0.2.

#### 1.0.65

 * Added: When a shipment is cancelled with the courier before it is dispatched,
the tracking number is now removed from the WooCommerce order automatically,
so cancelled orders no longer show a dead tracking number in your orders list.
 * Changed: If the parcel is already in transit, the courier turns the request into
a return — tracking is kept active so you can follow the return leg. The order
note now says which of the two happened.

#### 1.0.64

 * Fixed: PostEx “Order Type” now sends the value “Reverse” (per the official PostEx
API specification) instead of “Reversed”. Normal and Replacement orders are unaffected.

#### 1.0.63

 * Changed: Leopards booking form now has a Shipper dropdown that defaults to “Self”—
your main Leopards merchant account — exactly like the Leopards portal’s own
Book Packet form. Previously a saved Shipper Sys ID could silently book every
order under a sub-shipper profile instead of your main account.
 * Added: Registered sub-shippers from your Leopards account now load automatically
into the Shipper dropdown, so you can still pick one per order when needed.
 * Fixed: Orders can no longer be booked under an unintended ad-hoc shipper name—
manual shipper details are only sent when you explicitly choose “Custom” in the
   Shipper dropdown.

#### 1.0.62

 * Fixed: The automatic courier shipping charge no longer replaces the store’s shipping
method with a custom one — it now adjusts the existing shipping rate’s cost and
label in place. This fixes Cash on Delivery disappearing from the payment options(
and orders being saved with the flat rate) on stores where COD is restricted
to specific shipping methods, and fixes the checkout appearing stuck when changing
   the destination city.

#### 1.0.61

 * Internal: Removed the plugin’s hardcoded courier reference for the checkout shipping-
charge estimate — the TrackKaro server already resolves which courier’s estimate
to use per store, so the plugin no longer needs to know or send it. No visible
   change in behavior.

#### 1.0.60

 * Changed: The checkout shipping line for the automatic courier charge is now labeled“
Shipping Charges” (previously “Estimated Courier Charge (Beta)”).
 * Added: New “Apply Shipping Charges To” setting — choose which enabled payment
methods the automatic courier-based shipping charge applies to (e.g. Cash on
Delivery plus Direct Bank Transfer). Defaults to Cash on Delivery only, so existing
   setups are unchanged.

#### 1.0.59

 * Added: Optional “Free Shipping Over (Order Value)” setting — when the order value(
excluding shipping) meets or exceeds the amount you set, the courier charge is
waived and shipping shows as free on Cash on Delivery orders. Leave blank to
   disable.
 * Note: Requires the TrackKaro server-side courier-tariff fix to be deployed for
   the estimate amount to appear.

#### 1.0.58

 * Changed: The COD courier-charge estimate (Beta) now REPLACES the store’s normal
shipping charge instead of being added on top of it. When Cash on Delivery is
selected and a destination city is chosen, the courier estimate becomes the shipping
cost (shown as a single shipping line); the store’s flat rate / free shipping
still apply normally for all other orders.

#### 1.0.57

 * Fixed: On Cash on Delivery, the Town/City field disappeared with no city dropdown
in its place (the dropdown only appeared after enabling “Ship to a different
address”). The city dropdown now correctly replaces whichever address’s city
field is active — billing by default, or shipping when shipping to a different
   address.

#### 1.0.56

 * Fixed: The checkout COD courier-charge estimate (Beta) never appeared even when
fully enabled and configured — the plugin read the server config from the wrong
response level, so the Leopards city dropdown and estimate line stayed hidden.
The dropdown now shows correctly on Cash on Delivery selection.

#### 1.0.55

 * Added: Optional (Beta) estimated courier charge at checkout for Cash on Delivery
orders. When enabled in Settings and configured per-courier in your TrackKaro
panel, customers choosing COD see a Leopards city dropdown and a live shipping
charge estimate before placing their order. Off by default. The checkout dropdown
only appears once the feature is fully confirmed active on the TrackKaro server—
stores mid-setup (Settings box checked but panel not yet configured) see the
normal WooCommerce checkout with no change.

#### 1.0.54

 * Added: You can now create Sonic/Trax COD bookings directly from the WooCommerce
order screen, just like PostEx and Leopards — select destination city and pickup
address, and the shipment is booked with Trax automatically.

#### 1.0.53

 * Added: Sonic/Trax orders can now download Airway Bill and Load Sheet PDFs from
the order screen, matching PostEx and Leopards.

#### 1.0.52

 * Improved: Free-trial billing notices now say “trial” explicitly — you get a clear
heads-up as your trial nears its day limit or tracking quota, and a prompt to
pick a plan when it ends (shipments pause until you do).

#### 1.0.51

 * Improved: Billing notices now match your plan type. Monthly (postpaid) plans
no longer see “recharge” or “plan expires” prompts — instead you get a clear,
informational heads-up when you go past your included trackings into overage (
nothing is ever paused on a monthly plan).

#### 1.0.50

 * Added: “Cancel / Return” button on the order screen — ask the courier to cancel
a booking (or arrange a return) right from WooCommerce. If the parcel is already
in transit and the courier declines, you get a clear message to contact them
directly. Your tracking quota is not refunded on cancellation.
 * Improved: Your shop tracking link is now fetched automatically when you connect—
you no longer need to type the shop slug by hand. The field is filled for you
and the plugin works even before a slug is set.
