Плагин Filter email registration

### Описание

Плагин Filter email registration для фильтрации электронной почты, с которой пользователи
могут зарегистрироваться в соответствии с последним законом о регистрации на сайтах
с иностранной почтой. C 31 июля нельзя регистрироваться на российских сайтах, предполагающих
регистрацию и аутентификацию пользователя, с использованием иностранной электронной
почты, например Google или Apple.

### Установка

 1. Загрузите плагин в каталог `/wp-content/plugins/` вашего сайта.
 2. Войдите в административную панель вашего сайта на WordPress, перейдите в раздел“
    Плагины” и найдите “Filter email registration” в списке.
 3. Нажмите “Активировать” для включения плагина.

### Инструкция по использованию

 1. В административной панели WordPress перейдите в раздел “Настройки” > “Filter email
    registration”.
 2. Заполните следующие поле на странице настроек: List of banned domains (укажите 
    домены через запятую, для блокировки регистрации)
 3. Нажмите кнопку “Сохранить изменения” для сохранения настроек.
